Heat wave

 Heat Wave was a very interesting movie in my opinion. The movie taught me that in the 60's that it was all about what color you were and the people that were not white were having trouble finding jobs. I learned that Bob Richardson (the first black reporter) was not a afraid to go out there and try his best to get know so he can be a reporter. For  example some of his co-workers form the LA Times were in the restroom talking about how there were going to get tickets for the rams game and Bob told them he can get the tickets even though he didn't know were to get them. And when he got the tickets they thought  different about him. Then they needed a black reporter to go out to the riots because they'd kill a white man if he went out and so Bob Richardson wrote the truth about the segregation that was happening and became the first black reporter for the La times.
